How do I suggest a lesson for a new time other than availability?
Once you have decided the time and place where the lesson is going to be held you can suggest a lesson to the client. To do so in the chat platform you will find a button “Suggest a lesson” next to “Send message”. Click on the “Suggest a lesson” Button.
There will be Two (2) options comes up “Add a new lesson” and “Choose from existing lesson(s)”.if you have set your availability in your profile then you may choose from the existing lesson and you have never set your availability for the agreed time with client then you have to choose the option “Add a new lesson”.
If you choose the option “Add new lesson” then add the date and if it is only one lesson then keep the repeat option on “No” selected if you want to send multiple requests to the same client of the same subject but with different days with same time then choose the repeat option “Yes” and add end date of the lesson. If the lesson is going on the seven days then you have to select al the days of the week otherwise just select the day you are going for tutoring.
Select the agreed start time and lesson finish time. Don’t worry if you select the consecutive hour then the system automatically split it into hour base when you send the request to the client. Because our system works on the hour bases.
If you send a request for more than one day, the lessons will show in the message box a multiple lessons and the rate will show on the hour base but when you click on the send message button it shows the multiple lessons and each lesson have same hour rate at this point if you change the rate then it’ll change for all the multiple lessons.
