What is the best practice to replying the Client message?


Once you receive the message from the client reply quickly through our messaging platform and ask for the relevant information regarding subject and topic and area where lesson is going to be take place. Our data shows majority of the tutors are willing to travelling in the client place which could be client home address.


Note: For safety please avoid to leave any personal detail (Email, Contact number, Address, any social media link or web link) in the message platform.


Once you agree all the things with client you could “Suggest a Lesson” to client with date and time by using our platform.


We’ll notify client and request them to make a payment in advance for that lesson(s). Client has to make payment 24 hours before the lesson which ensure you that have been booked for that lesson and you have enough time to prepare your lesson plan.


Once payment has been gone through we’ll notify you through the email and send you client contact detail so you could iron out rest of the detail.


You could suggest the client for making booking for the future lesson(s) through our messaging platform if client need more lesson(s).


Note: We recommend all the communication before and after making the booking of lesson must occur through the website messaging platform, which will help us to investigate if any dispute comes up.
