About Labib-ishraq M
Enthusiastic and Patient Maths and Sciences Tutor [KS2, KS3, GCSE]
Based in Uxbridge, West London. Willing to travel 5 miles.
I am a dedicated tutor who is passionate about teaching. I have more than 5 years of experience teaching primary and secondary school students, Mathematics, Statistics and Science up to GCSEs. I am a recent university graduate majoring in Mathematics. I specialise in Maths for all levels, as well as Science and English. I am always enthusiastic about teaching children of all ages, being able to make them enjoy studying using my range of techniques to engage the student. My patience gives students the chance to feel confident and unafraid to ask questions. I currently teach students at all stages (Key stage 2, 3 and GCSEs), so I have a clear understanding of the current curriculums, so I can guide students effectively and efficiently so that they can achieve the best grades.
I am always giving 100% to make sure that students feel comfortable with sessions, as I try to plan the structure of sessions from an early stage by understanding the students’ appropriate level. I am a serious tutor who gives students realistic targets, which can be assessed as each session goes by. As students progress through each stage, I track this progress and assess the students’ level constantly so that I can we can set new targets for the student to achieve. Homework should test the student’s knowledge and should reflect what they have learnt in previous sessions. I try to ease the students in to learning different techniques in a simple way, and make sure that students are never confused. Of course, learning new things can be challenging for young children, which is why I do my utmost so that students can feel at ease and can confidently ask questions. I am an understanding person and I always try to get the best out of my students, so that they enjoy studying and feel positive when learning.
