Hi!

I'm Andy, a 24 year old graduate entry medical student based in north east London. I am a friendly tutor offering academic services either face-to-face or via Skype, in and around north east London. I have previously tutored Primary, GCSE and A-level Maths, Biology and Chemistry, and GCSE physics. I have extensive knowledge of all of the major curricula and 3 years tutoring experience, including tutoring in groups, one-to-one, and tutoring students with dyslexia and other learning difficulties. Given the fact I am a student and I am extremely flexible, and willing to travel. I have also had a great deal of success in the past year tutoring students over Skype.

I graduated from Oxford University in 2016 with a 1st Class degree in Biomedical Sciences. I am now studying graduate entry Medicine at Bart's & The London School of Medicine and Dentistry, where I will be studying for another two years. As such I have thorough knowledge of the entrance requirements, interview techniques, and entrance exams that enable people to get into both medical and Oxbridge style universities. I offer proof reading/styling/advice on personal statements, and can run mock interviews for science or medicine based degrees. I can tutor for the BMAT and UKCAT medical school entrance exams having taken them both myself.

I am DBS certified, and enjoy working with children of all ages, from primary age through to university applicants. I try as much as I can to properly engage with and broaden the understanding of my pupils, and explain why what they are studying is relevant to the real world.
