Patience is key when it comes to teaching and it is important that the level of knowledge of the student is clear before teaching; I believe that I am able to really listen to the issues that a student may face and then build upon a strong foundation. Reading a number of books on study techniques by Tony Buzan has enabled me to focus in on effective teaching methods to ensure that students will pick up difficult information.Throughout my school, and university life, the greatest emphasis has always been on academics. I have been taught the fundamentals of my subjects and will perservere to teach the core principles to my students and build from there.
Singing is a passion of mine and I have performed in numerous venues including the Hammersmith Apollo. Meeting and talking to new people has become second nature and I am able to keep them engaged.
