About Eleias R
Vocal Coach
Classically trained at The Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama, Eleias performs regularly as a Tenor soloist and as part of critically acclaimed Vocal Ensemble “All That Malarkey”. His performance highlights include: Classic FM, Edinburgh Fringe Festival, BBC Wales, Wales Millennium Centre, St Paul’s Covent Garden, Birmingham Hippodrome and BBC London.
Although Classically trained, Eleias is able to teach various styles of singing and will aid in developing a strong technique, ensuring that students use their voices safely and comfortably. Additionally Eleias is a fluent Welsh speaker able to teach in Welsh and with an extensive Welsh song repertoire.
Prior to his Classical training, Eleias was lead vocalist and bassist of a rock band (!) – so is open to any and all musical backgrounds, always ensuring to cater each lesson to the student’s needs and individual pace. Eleias is comfortable preparing students for grades 1-8 and is suited, in particular, to young adults and adults looking to solidify their vocal technique.
Eleias is available for lessons, whether your future aspirations are purely to learn how to use your voice and sing for enjoyment, or to prepare for further training, University or Conservatoire auditions, Opera/Musical Theatre roles or professional engagements.
Eleias is available to travel to students homes, within reasonable distances and teaches from his own studio within walking distance of Cardiff city centre.
