I am an individual who enjoys studying and adding new experiences to my life. This motivated me to join the NYSC( Nigerian Youth Service Corp) program in Nigeria, where I learnt the essence of team work. I worked in a water producing company as a technical operative responsible for stock and quality control. I also worked in an oil and gas company , where I was responsible for delivering safety and quality control services. I was responsible for the logistics of overseas trainers from their foreign countries to and fro from Nigeria. I was involved in various projects which includes the shell PEC inspection project. I was involved in voluntary service, providing sponsorship for the procurement of I.C.T Facilities for local schools in the community.
I have developed a passion for logistics and supply chain management because of my experiences. University of Southampton provides a technical, mathematical and analytic course heavy logistics and supply chain management course, that is why I have decided to join them on their program. My strengths are in my technical, quantitative and analytical skills which I gained studying chemical engineering at the University of Bradford. I gained these skills developing my project on the design of a heat exchanger, compressor and storage vessel for a polyethylene plant.
I believe my skills, experience and knowledge make me a right fit to tutor any individual in need of my services. With experience in A level mathematics , chemistry and physics, and strong STEM skills , I have the ability to get the best out of any individual I work with .
