I have been fascinated by languages since I learned to talk as a kid. I spent my teen years teaching myself English and German, then enrolled to study foreign languages for my BA. While studying I started tutoring students in middle and high school on various subjects including English as a foreign language.

I also loved traveling while working as an au pair. While I was in Finland (yes I studied Finnish!), I run an Italian conversation class for Finnish speakers. It was much fun and I learned that the "gl" sound is extremely difficult outside Italy!

I settled down in the UK 5 years ago and focused on raising my own children, so I took a break from working and tutoring. Now that they are older, it is a good time to get back into business!

I am also available to start a class for the local home ed community if there is enough interest (3 kids minimum).
