I am analytical, great communicator with clear direction, passionate and have the ability to coach and motivate my students. I have led large teams but have also inspired and taught during my time as a lecturer. I shared my vast experience and knowledge with the pupils whilst leading the class to the outcome of a 100% success rate of employability within industry. This was a different type of leadership as not only did I have to be resilient to challenges such as students feeling demotivated, personal struggles and behaviour but also being a role model to the students and understanding the long-term goal and ensuring discipline occurred appropriately.
