I'm Amelie, a native French Speaker from Nice.
Following a degree in literature, I moved to London to perfect my English and have been here for more than 12 years now!
After pursuing a career in the hospitality sector, I am now studying to pass the DipTrans diploma to become a qualified translator.
I am very patient and here to help you achieve your goal, whether you are a complete beginner or wish to perfect your French.
I have a great understanding of both cultures and an avid reader.
For my lessons, I use a mix of class textbooks and more interactive tools such as extracts of books, movies, songs and news articles. But I am happy to adapt and open to suggestion from students.
I know how French grammar can be really daunting and hope to make it more fun and enjoyable to learn!
I have experience from teaching and helping native French kids with difficulties to adults wishing to learn a new language.
