About Nabia K
An experienced Tutor For Maths from KS1 to A-levels
Teaching one-to-one and in small groups for over four years. My teaching style is adapted to meet the child’s individual needs. Generally, I explain a topic and then we go through exam style questions. Once a topic is complete, I test student’s knowledge by taking a test. My aim is to ensure that each child reaches their full potential.
I encourage my students to give a problem a try, even if that means they end up making a mistake. I firmly believe, mistakes are a way to learn. In addition, I tell my students to ask as many questions as possible until they fully understand the content.
Every individual I have taught so far has seen a visible increase in their confidence and their ability to solve problems. I have helped several students meet their individual targets.
