About Lizzy B
Encouraging and patient biology tutor
I am a working scientist with a passion for sharing my love for biology and the biomedical sciences. I graduated with a First Class degree in Applied Medical Sciences where I covered a wealth of complex topics and teaching experience. Prior to this, I gained Dist*Dist*Dist* in my L3 Extended Diploma in Health and Social Care.
I am a friendly individual and keep a relaxed feel in all my sessions. We can go at your pace and answer questions that may sound silly to you. I can help with understanding new concepts and revision and exam techniques; including breaking down your syllabus and mark schemes to understand what you really need to know. I can also help organise a study plan to keep you on track.
Additionally, I am able to offer advice on applying for university or what life in the lab is like (an insight that universities love!).
I hope to hear from you soon so we can conquer your studies together and get those grades.
