How can I cancel my booked lesson?
You may cancel a booked lesson at any time 24 hours before the lesson starting time. To cancel a booked lesson you need to login your account and go on the lesson calendar by clicking on the “Lesson” tab.
Click on the date of the lesson which do you want to cancel, you will find the list of the lesson(s) in the bottom of the page which is going to be held on that particular date click on the view button in order to see the detail of the lesson.
On the detail page you will find the cancel a lesson button click on that button and give us the reason so we can inform tutor with the reason.
