What is the difference between booked and reserved lesson?
Reserved lesson(s)
Reserved lesson mean the lesson time is reserved for you but it is not being booked yet so tutor can cancel the reservation at any time if he/she gets confirm booking from any other student.
Reserved lesson slot is represents on your lesson calendar with the Orange colour.
Booked Lesson(s)
Booked lesson mean the lesson has been paid by the client and we have inform tutor now tutor cannot book another lesson on the same time, Tutor can still cancel the lesson but he/she must give us a solid reason for that.
Booked lesson slot is represents on your lesson calendar with the Green colour.
Note: On the reserved status tutor doesn’t start preparing the lesson plan. Tutor start preparing lesson plan on the booked status.
We strongly recommend if tutor has reserved a lesson(s), you should not delay in making a payment for that lesson(s) to avoid any disappointment.
