How can I respond to the client for his or her request of the lesson(s)?
If client send you the request for the lesson we’ll let you know through the email and you have 2 (Two) options either you can “Accept” or “Reject”. To go on these two options you have to login your account and click on the message tab.
By accepting the client request your time slot for that particular time and date will be reserved so cannot take any more booking for that time slot. If you feel client is not paying or you are not available for some reasons you may cancel and make that slot available for any other client at any time by clicking the cancel link.
If you accept the request we’ll inform client that tutor has accept the lesson request so client can made payment for that lesson(s). Once client made payment for the lesson(s) we’ll inform you with the details.
If you reject the request we’ll inform the client and you may ask client to book you for any other time slot or date.
