How to check my lesson booking?
Once the client has booked and made a payment for the lesson we’ll let you via email about the lesson booking and the contact detail of the client so you can contact with client and iron out more detail regarding the lesson(s) or address where lesson going to be held.
Please make sure and keep an eye on your mail account if you couldn’t receive an email in your inbox it might be in your junk mail folder please mark that sort of emails as trusted mail so next time it couldn’t go in junk mail folder.
You can check your lesson bookings through your account. To do so you need to log in your account and click on the “Bookings” tab on the left-hand side.
A calendar of the current month will be open and all of your lesson(s) of that month will be shown in the calendar with the relevant date. A lesson represents the different colours
It represents
the upcoming lesson which is going to be
delivered within next 24 Hours.
It represents the lesson has been successfully
paid by the client. Colour of this lesson will be changed to orange before the 24 hours of the
lesson time.
It represents
the lesson has been reserved by a tutor
for client and request of the lesson has been sent to the client for making payment. And both client and
tutor have right to reject that time before the client makes payment.
It represents
the cancelled lesson(s).
Click on the date which you want to inquire about the lesson of that date will be shown at the bottom of the page.If you want to see the full detail of the lesson you can click on the “View” button to check the detail of the lesson.
